Come explore Yoga in a safe, fun setting!! Plant the seeds and watch them GROW!
All classes are 45 min long. Wear loose comfortable clothing. Yoga mats welcome.
We may do a group order for children's yoga mats. Inquire for more info! They're very cute!
LadyBug - 6 weeks - 10 mos (aprox) Mondays 11 am "Mom & Me"
Little Lotus - 2.5 - 6 years Mondays 10 am "Parents Come & Play"
Little Lotus - 2.5 - 6 years Wednesdays 10 am "Parents Come & Play"
Laughing Lions - 5 years - 10 years Fridays 1 pm "Parents Optional"
Pre-Registered $7/class ($42 Session) or Drop-In $8
Multiple Siblings Pre-Registered $6/class ($36 each) or Drop-In $7
Please note: Space is limited. Drop-In may be revoked if class fills up.

In addition, their concentration and sense of calmness and relaxation improves. Doing yoga, children exercise, play, connect more deeply with the inner self, and develop an intimate relationship with the natural world that surrounds them.
