Sherry became certified in 2001 studying under Glenn Misfud, after a decade of personal practice. Her style offers a gentle rhythm and combines breath work, meditation and traditional postures.
Sherry's desire is to share the healing aspects of practicing yoga. After discovering Yoga in her teens, Sherry found her passion to be an instructor.
Sherry has studied with Rodney Yee, Nischala Joy Devi, Dharma Mittra, and Seane Corn. Most recently with teachers from India, Yogacharini Maitreyi and the world renowned Yoga Master, son and student of Krishnamachayra TKV Desikachar.
Sherry was born and raised in Ontario. She now lives with her husband on her horse ranch in British Columbia.
Sherry spent 15 years working in film and television as an actress. She has appeared in various T.V. commercials, series drama and feature films. Her modeling career took her to London, Milan, Tokyo and other exotic locations.
